On March 30, 2025, LCL-THRP received as guests Wings of Hope Foundation Representatives which included Martina Bock and Julia Boicharot.
Wings of Hope Foundation, Germany, is a charitable foundation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria that supports people who are suffering from the consequences of war and violence.
The both International Guests spent one week in Liberia from (March 31, 2025-April 5, 2025) engaging beneficiaries of the Bread for the World sponsored “Community Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding project” implemented by THRP in Grand Bassa County and LCL Central Administration.

Julia and Martina shared their experiences as well as witnessed and learned how LCL-THRP carry out her Trauma Healing or psychosocial and peacebuilding work across the project four locations.
They also visited the Buchanan Central Prison, make Radio appearance including a visit at the Carter Camp Memorial site in Harbel, Margibi County where in 1992 over 500 inhabitants of Carter Camp were massacred and buried in mass grave.
During the engagement in Compound#1, at least twenty—(20) participants interacted with the visiting delegation from Wings of Hope Foundation, Germany.
